Strong starts here. Lift Lab is a strength training class focused on form, control, and functional power. You’ll work through a mix of resistance-based movements designed to build total-body strength and muscular endurance. No fluff, just smart, focused training. **LIFT LAB enters LOAD PHASE Monday: Oct 20 through Nov 24 We’re building strength through functional movement: introducing Barbell Foundations and movement patterns that support Pull Up power.** This class is perfect whether you're just starting to lift or looking to refine and progress. All levels welcome. This is building strength with intent. Let’s lift with purpose. Our sessions are capped for quality training. Small Group Training provides individualized coaching.
